Freats is reimagining how food reaches people. We're a logistics-first, tech-enabled platform that turns funding into free grocery delivery—making nutritious, everyday essentials accessible to more communities without the usual retail barriers.
Our model blends advanced logistics with community-centered infrastructure, giving people the ability to order curated grocery boxes online and receive them at home—no grocery stores, no inflated prices, no middlemen.
How It Works
Smart Ordering
Customers build their own grocery box (up to $125 in value) by selecting from a curated list of essentials. One order per household, per week.
Efficient Fulfillment
Each order is packed at our local hubs or micro-warehouses and delivered by our in-house courier system. Orders placed during our pilot phase will be fulfilled within 30 days. In 2026, we’ll scale to 24–48 hour delivery.
Powered by Funding
All food is sourced using grants, donations, and mission-aligned brand partnerships—fueling access at scale while preserving dignity and choice for the customer.
Why We Exist
Freats was built to solve a basic problem: access. Traditional grocery models are expensive, inconvenient, and often fail the people who need them most. We're using technology and operational efficiency to remove those barriers—while creating a new model for food equity.
